House Bishopscourt

House Bishopscourt

Before construction commenced, two years of planning went into this one of a kind home; a green  house in every sense of the word. This energy efficient home includes the following features: A water generated under-floor heating system, a borehole complete with a water purification device; in addition, electricity is generated via solar collectors and the energy utilised in the running of the house.

This home received a 2009 Cape Institute for Architecture Award and a 2010 Afrisam-SAIA Award for sustainable Architecture.

We are extremely proud to have been a part of the building process of this exceptional home over an 18th month period; to green standards and architectural perfection.

We live by the philosophy it’s “the small things that count” and by virtue of our patience and meticulous attention to detail, we have established a legacy of sustainable living; to benefit future generations.
