MLP is a well established construction company with over 20 years of experience. MLP prides itself in providing quality workmanship, exceptional service, reliability and honesty in the construction of top end residential homes, commercial properties and tenant installations.

Our construction team comprises of a Contracts Manager, Contracts Quantity Surveyor, Administration Personnel, Site Foreman and the relevant site personnel, who all share in the same values and goals.
We are registered with Federated Employees Mutual (FEM), The Building Industrial Bargaining Council (BIBC), the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) and are proud members of the Master Builders Association (MBA).
We ensure that all Health & Safety requirements on our sites are met through audits by our independent safety officer throughout the duration of the contract.
