MLP began in 1999 as a Project Management Company, quickly migrating into a Construction Company and establishing ourselves in the top end residential market. In 2018 we expanded our expertise into the commercial sector, completing works for prominent developers, as well as their tenant installations.

We pride ourselves on our quality workmanship, exceptional service, reliability and honesty.

Our construction team comprises of a Contracts Manager, Contracts Quantity Surveyor, Administration Personnel, Site Foreman and the relevant site personnel, who all share in the same values and goals.

We are registered with Federated Employees Mutual (FEM), The Building Industrial Bargaining Council (BIBC), the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) and are proud members of the Master Builders Association (MBA).

We ensure that all Health & Safety requirements on our sites are met through audits by our independent safety officer throughout the duration of the contract.
